Return Policy
A$CENSION reserves the right to refuse any exchange of merchandise. A valid explanation of complaint must be e-mailed with 5 business days from receipt of shipment. If a product is deemed unsatisfactory an exchange will be made.
Unworn products can be returned or exchanged within 15 business of delivery. Make sure to include a copy of the packing slip that was sent with the original purchase.
If the product is defective it can be exchanged for a new product, which will be shipped to you at no additional charge. Please contact us before sending any contact back.
Customers are responsible for shipping the product back via any method of your preference, just make sure to forward us the tracking information to 813ascension@gmail.com
All international sales are final.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS. All rates are calculated through USPS. International customers are responsible for custom duties. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and you will receive a shipping confirmation via email the day your order is packed.
International Orders
International shipping prices will vary by country and weight of your order. The customer is responsible for any fees set by the custom offices of their country. If a package is returned to us due to not being claimed we will reach out to arrange a solution.
We are not responsible for any custom fees that may incur during international orders. The customer is responsible for any fees that are set by the customs office of their country.
Tracking
Often times the courier will not scan the package as soon as it is received. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to update after being informed of shipping.
Once the order has left our hands we no longer have any contact with the package. You will need to get in contact with the courier to obtain information. Once the package is marked as delivered we have no contact with it and you will have to directly contact the courier with any questions or concerns you may have.
